Jennifer Marcil

Founder / Director

Jennifer Marcil brings a sophisticated fusion of financial rigor and creative vision to Reflections-icu, backed by over eight years of finance experience and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. A seasoned storyteller, she has executive produced numerous documentaries and short films, further honing her craft through the State of Hawaii’s Creative Industries ‘Producers Immersive’. Jennifer leverages her diverse expertise – spanning both sides of the camera and the balance sheet – to drive the strategic and narrative missions of the organization.

Kim Vennefron

Director

Kim Vennefron is an exceptionally insightful and creative problem solver, known for bringing warmth, clarity and purpose to every challenge she takes on. Deeply dedicated to the support of her family, friends and the Cincinnati community, Kim’s work is grounded in service and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive. She has a strong history of supporting educational institutions, including Blessed Sacrament, Covington Catholic, Villa Madonna and Thomas More University. She continues to champion opportunities that strengthen learning and community connection. After living in Alaska and California, Kim settled in Greater Cincinnati, benefitting from educational development at Xavier University.

Emmanuella Marcil

Director

Emmanuella (Ella) Marcil grew up on the island of Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi, where she developed an appreciation for community and conservation work. She is pursuing a Masters Degree at the University of Cincinnati and is an extremely passionate storyteller, with an interest in digital media. Ella has created award-winning documentaries, and most recently, “When Silence Becomes the Song”, which aired on PBS. Ella aspires to write and produce web/television shows and films for audiences of all ages and is currently in the process of creating a multimedia series titled “Dissonance”.
